
Annie Chu, Denturist
Annie Chu DD completed her education at George Brown College's Denturism program where she graduated with honours and won several awards and scholarships. She also has a Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Toronto. She is currently an Associate Denturist in northern Ontario working at Reekie Denture Clinic in Parry Sound.
Annie specializes in the fitting and fabrication of implant-supported full and partial dentures, screw-retained implant bridges, full dentures, partial dentures, and repairs and add-ons for existing dentures.
Annie is passionate about continuing education and enhances her knowledge and practical skills by attending seminars and courses to provide the best patient care. She frequently attends the Denturist Association of Ontario's "Perfecting Your Practice", Midwinter Meeting in Chicago, LMT Lab Day in Chicago and the Ontario Dental Association's Spring Meeting.
Annie is an advocate of volunteering. She has volunteered as a Denturist in Jamaica for Nine Miles of Smiles a healthcare organization providing free access to dental care for impoverished communities. She also lends her time to Not Just Tourists Toronto which collects life-saving medical supplies and sends them in suitcases to clinics and hospitals in developing countries.
Annie's other interests include travelling, photography, and volunteering abroad.
